Shipping & Limited Warranty Policy (U.S. Only)

1) Shipping Territory, Methods & Processing 

We ship to valid addresses within the United States (including most contiguous states; certain locations may be excluded). Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing time may extend during peak periods or promotions. We ship via common carriers with tracking. You will receive tracking once the order ships. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

2) Delivery; Risk of Loss 

Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. While we are not legally responsible for delays after carrier acceptance, delivery to the wrong address due to customer input error, or theft after confirmed delivery, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If your package shows “delivered” but is missing, check with household members and neighbors, contact the carrier, and then contact us so we can reasonably assist you with a claim or replacement.

3) Shipping Charges; Taxes 

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Promotional shipping offers (if any) are subject to terms stated at the time of the offer.

4) Address Changes & Refusals 

We cannot guarantee address changes after order submission. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping and handling fees; we may refund the product price less such fees after we receive the return in acceptable condition.

5) Limited Warranty (Quality Defects Only) 

We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This limited warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, alteration, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, contact support@amrababy.com within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos. Our obligation is, at our option, to replace, or refund the defective product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state. Except as expressly set forth above and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
